That looks totally 'shopped.
To clear my name, perhaps it is my web browers (but I am pretty sure it is this POS blog), I entered that link three separate times around 12:45 am last night and it didn't work. Needless to say, my patience was low.
Anyway, it would interesting to see how these skyscrapers would work. Security might be an issue too. Or, just think, this could wipe out at least half the bums in these large metropolitan areas. If coupled with a crack house, all vagrants might disappear. :-D
